    Pros

    - They have some very good Projects to work on. - Few managers are really great and you can see them usually being left out by the others. - CEO deserves to be appraised.

    Cons

    - Bossy culture. - You will always feel like you can't raise your voice for anything. - They don't know anything about professionalism, keep changing the policies as per their convenience. - Downvote for CTO. - They never respect employees.

"Not great experience with policies - Vendor role"

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at QA InfoTech full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    1. Regular events at the premises. 2. Free food.

    Cons

    1. Domineering environment. The top management of QA Infotech has created a bossy environment which is the biggest drawback of this company. 2. Three months nonnegotiable notice period for vendor employees working at other location. Let me tell you, no matter what you think, they will NEVER negotiate on notice period and make you serve 3 months. This can cause major issues in the joining of your next job. They expect people to join them in 15 days, but they will not release you before 3 months. I am pretty sure about this for vendor employees. 3. Low pay. If you are going to join X company on vendor role through QA Infotech, I would recommend going for other companies which provide vendor role with that X company. There are many out there and their pay can be 60-70% more than what QA Infotech will offer you.

I worked at QA InfoTech full-time

    Pros

    1. Good Appraisals if you are in automation Team or if you have buttering skills or if you are from one of those who comes under sports quota 2. Free Lunch 3. Celebration of majorly each festivals

    Cons

    1. 3 months notice period. They have buyout policy but they didn't give you buyout giving the reason that it takes time for replacement however they give you backup resources only when last 15 days left of your notice period 2. They have only one thing to retain their employees that is they give designation. I have seen many employees with nearly 8-10 years exp who are given the designation of associate Manager, Senior Lead etc. They do the same work the 1 year exp employee can do. They have given the designations like lollipop but not authorities as per their designation 3. You have to complete 40 hrs in a week otherwise a shortage of single minute result in deduction of your salary. They don't pay for the work you do on weekends .Instead, they give Additional hours which you can adjust in weekly 40 hrs. Even if you complete your task and time and you want to leave early then you will get noticed. 4. They call on Saturdays to attend 2 hour event but you have to complete 5 hours otherwise your full day salary will be deducted. Also, If you attend these events, you have to listen the memories of College life of Mukesh, Minesh and Rajesh. It may be interesting for them as they have gone through it but for others it is a boring story. 5. They have some sports quota employees who can play with them when they want and loss against them. Some of them losses against one of the egoistic top management person and he wins most of the times because of cheating 6. They have one philosophy "You should treat your project as your child and nurture them as your own child . You should be ready to die for project like if you are ready to die for your own child. " 7. They consider every employee as part of So called QA Infotech Family but they will treat you as adopted child of their QA Infotech family once you resign. 8. If you have any problem and you want to discuss them, they give false hopes and keep you rotating and delaying within their team similar like the condition of Mussadi Lal of famous SAB TV show Office Office. 9. For Top Management wrong is right if they do it and right is wrong if someone else do it depending upon their favorable conditions 10. Insufficient no of WFH and leaves .Even if you have accumulated leaves your leaves more than 3 days will be difficult to get approved except you are taking leaves for your own marriage. 11. The Top management consist of family members. So, you can't complain or raise concerns. The situation is similar like Bhai bhatijawad of one of the political party of Uttar Pradesh. 12. They have less numbers of experienced people in automation Team as most of them leaves due to policies. Some top management members plays PUBG whole day. 13. They send email to caste your votes on general election but their managers told the employees to come to office for work or either take leaves if you can't come to office. On 2019 election day, CTO and COO stand on the gate asking employee to go back and caste vote if they live nearby and then come to office. They want to encourage participation in election but not at the cost of 01 day billing loss. At the end I want to conclude that their main ideology is "My Company My Rules"

    "DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR OFFER"

    Pros

There's probably nothing that can be talked about... Their image on social media is not true, where the 'less privileged' employees are bound to publicise their 'not so useful' stuff to attract new talents. They refer to their 'wrong' as 'right' when they do it and 'right' as 'wrong' when you do it, moreover they have the courage to do it on your face. The company sure has a wonderful image outside, as the career saviour, on the contrary the moment you enter it you'll get a negative vibe. Forget, if you are thinking about complaining the HR, they are not there for you, they are only doing their job.

    Cons

This is a long, confusing and jumbled review, but how would you differentiate between the conventional 'sweet' ones below and real ones like this? 1. This is a thought-after review, you won't find any names, because the motive was never to spread wrong things. 2. No mention of departments - This has been done because after they get to read this, it's obvious that they have been and will be seeing deeper issues, so this won't be anything shocking to them, but some poor 'under privileged' employee may face the heat of the management. May that individual be blessed. 3. Try to extract the meaning between the lines, get the gist, don't move around the usage of words. 4. This is not from the internal team to balance out the reputation on internet, because none can write this long, even if some privileged ones did, the language would be authentically bad. 5. If you are a person with a clear vision, you will know that this is their 'known by all, spoken by none' truth. She, the blacksmith was happy before joining and is happy after leaving. In her journey she found some real engineers (Yes, this is the core company on papers), real doctors, real carpenters, real plumbers and real goldsmiths, whom she would cherish for her life. Unfortunately, none of them was doing the job they were meant to, and when she asked them why don't you say 'wrong' to the 'wrong', they only whispered, we have our people to support and unfortunately they pay us to do their job, you may be the rebel one, but we are used to this. Some golden words were "you called the 'wrong' by 'wrong' and see they got you out". P.S. - C's mean Chief and not some slang.
