HR Business Representative is unprofessional and does not reply to mails for months. 6. No work life balance in T3.

I will share this with our HR team so that we can review and improve. Many of our employees in Mumbai started as interns and have advanced to senior positions and leadership positions. We see a lot of career advancement and am sorry that you did not find this. We will review the T3 area and where we can improve and better communicate how to advance.
