I’ve been with QAD for a year now, and overall, it has been a positive and rewarding experience. The onboarding process was smooth, and the team was very supportive in helping me get up to speed. The work culture is collaborative, and people are approachable and willing to help when needed. One of the things I appreciate most is the emphasis on learning and growth. There are opportunities to build new skills and take on responsibilities that help you develop professionally. The work environment is flexible, and there is a good balance between independence and teamwork.
