Only thing is you are always in your comfort zone. But you never know when you can be fired. Especially in tech this is true.

They will give you some internal projects. Which is nothing but to engage the bench guys. Sometimes you may work as a shadow of a senior which even more frustrating . They say that they need long term comments. And the employees stay there because they have no experience to switch. it's all just a deal. I always see some frustrated guys sitting and thinking why did they join this company. Freshers are treated as if they can enjoy sitting in bench. If you are a fresher don't join this company. Join a startup instead. If you don't have financial issues. Then you can learn more than this atleast.

Non Malyalis will find difficult to adjust. Even though meetings are in English when there are 2-3 people discussing on something they will speak in Malayalam which will be big problem for non Malyalis
