Despite the many positive aspects of working at Qestit Company, there is one area that I believe warrants attention. As a senior test consultant, I occasionally encounter projects that do not align with my interests or career goals. While I understand the necessity of completing assigned projects, I find it challenging to remain fully engaged when the project does not resonate with me.
