Pros

- Good opportunities for global development - Competitive pay and benefits - City work location, and good view from building - Interesting work, varied and innovative (in areas)

Cons

- Taken over by Shell, unknown future direction on company and culture - Global CEO management changes have meant the ship has taken a few course corrections over the years - Still political, like most organisations. Could do with a cultural shakeup
