Salary on time. People are generally friendly.
Cons
Processes are very very messy! Still alot of paperwork as if we're working in the 90s. Very calculative company. Asking for a pen to use need to go through questioning and approval. Cant climb up further as all higher positions reserved for family members. Managers there work for 10-20 years and hasnt seen the outside world, so their work practices and management style is ancient
