      no pros at all .

      Cons

      this company is not a software company . they have their own tool developed by which the steal the data of different travel , hotel , retail web sites . So they are not in fair or legal business . sometimes they got caught and they have to pay the compensation to the company they have stolen the data . They purchase proxy ip and hits on different sites so that they might not get caught . They are completely in illegal business. they take work from employees like a bull . in All a C grade company with duffer management .

      Pros

      interviews are easy and you can get in easily even if you dont know anything.

      Cons

      no salary, no learning, they take any kind of people to work with them just because they dont require any specific skill set and they dont want to pay the good ones and then you have to work with those people and you get into a circle of extremely useless people.

      Pros

      No such as you can't expect. US management should monitor closely for Indian management and replace them as soon as possible. They are good in doing internal politics.

      Cons

      No work stability. No WLB. Lot of insecurity among all employees Upper management are should be replaced as they are totally unethical. Few member so card technical expert( bald guy specially ) have very poor attitude as he also can't go any where because of this. Most of the good employee has left in recently. Very very poor HR policy. As LALA make his own policy.
