If u r fresher then u can work for some month.Dont come here in expectation of other will guide u.No one gonna..Only colleague might help .If u are experienced and satisfied with ur company environment.Never Ever Come with because of Salary hike.Go to anywhere else.Rest of life u will regret.

1-Lack of skillful Project leader.They wont guide u. 2-No office Timing.They will force u to work till night 9.30 ya 10.But won't take responsibility for dropping employee 3-Small company handling big projects with employee who don't have idea abt new technologies 4-Sometime u will feel developer have more knowledge than project leader(Talking about .net group) 5-One thing they can kick u immediately.No notice period.U r software engineer and they will make u feel u r in wrong business.
