      Pros

      The pay is terrible. I would recommend looking elsewhere. There is absolutely no room to grow. I’ve seen one person get promoted 2 and a half years ago through a manager that no longer works there but the current managers have no interest in seeing anyone in the grow.

      Cons

      Wages are unlivable wages, not competitive for the area, benefits are not competitive.
