Pros

Qu is focused on changing how restaurants use technology. With the food tech market expected to rise to $250 Billion by 2022, and very few leading tech companies this is market is ripe for innovation. At Qu we have a good mix of employees from the traditional leaders in the restaurant tech space and those who have never worked in the space. This creates a work culture of innovation but grounded in reality of running restaurant operations. We have Friday Lunches and a great espresso machine. Bethesda HQ is right of the metro in the heart of downtown. Lot of opportunity for individuals to take ownership and contribute.

Cons

While we are a small but growing team, in true startup fashion everyone chips in when we need to work on an urgent project. So this is a place where you can expect to contribute but also learn a lot about new areas. Being flexible is key is to success.
