Nice office Refrigerater gets cleaned Sometimes they bring in bagels

Picture the worst girls in high school all in one room. Gossip and drama buffet. One of the owners is compassionate. The rest are really high maintenance and dishonest. The owers come off really amazing in the interview process but will not support you or have your back. There are employees that have been there for 5 plus years...already very wealthy and looking to make extra side money to buy shoes. They will take your candidates and bully you. No progression at the company.

Unlimited earning potential, flexible work schedule. People are friendly, only when you're making them money. Nice office. Decent client base
Cons
Not a good working environment , unprofessional..people do not work as a team or respect one another, so much turnover
