More likely to work 45+ hours a weeks with no compensation for this. * No care for employee progression and pass off squiggly carers as being an acceptable way to make individuals do more for no compensation. * Expect to be backstabbed, the majority of staff only look out for themselves. * Many managers will flaunt the rules and make unnecessary expenses to the company or take time out of their working day for personal appointments, like getting their nails done, instead of supporting their struggling staff. * No progression, despite asking or pushing. * Bare minimum benefits package .
