      Great Place to Work Where Customer Care is Priority!

      Pros

      Great colleagues who have become lifelong friends; Enjoyable work environment; Honestly care about customers and resolving any issues ASAP, not just brushing the issue off; Starting salary for those coming in off the street without a college degree is good; In-house made BBQ or food trucks every couple months.

      Cons

      Initial training could be better for new hires.

      VERY VERY laid back environment.

      Cons

      They will overwork you and underpay you. They will never acknowledge your strengths, nor will they compensate it. The company is ran by people with a combined brain cell count of 2. Training is not even something that is done there. They throw you to the wolves and aren’t there for you when you have a question that needs to be answered immediately. I could go on and on. This place will tear you down and make you as miserable as their customers, who are all INCREDIBLY miserable, and entitled, just like the current CEO.

      The Dress code is casual at times

      Cons

      Owner and upper management only care about profit. You are only a number when you work there. You are expected to do more with less pay, no support and if not you are replaceable. Be careful if you are a female, it's dominated by all men and very sexist. Many issues got swept under the rug.
