Pros

The best team you can work with. People are always helpful & kind. I can see innovation at every stage. There is always new technology or tool for us to use & make our work more efficient. The CEO & department heads consider employees as human beings. They are open to feedback, ideas & totally down to earth. Flexible working hours. My personal favourite - there are always opportunities to learn new things. I have never felt I am doing the same thing. I always get to do something different that keeps me going.
