I can not identify one.

Cons

The only "benefit," according to them, is access to their "pyramid scheme" training platform. Poor salaries, especially for caregivers. Job postings with false information. They advertise a job as remote work, and then in practice, they prohibit you from working remotely, requiring you to spend every day of the week inside hospitals. They don't pay for gas for this. Business strategy that looks more like those pyramid schemes. I do not recommend it.
