Pros

Owner is accessible. Office is ok. A couple managers know what they are doing. Benefits are slim but there. Subs price work after several attempts to contact.

Cons

High demand and hours worked are at least 65-80 per week. Have to worry about losing your job everyday. No team building. No company morale. Under microscope for anything that doesn't bring huge profits.

Constantly getting managed from the office thru phone txt email. Pay is extremely low and per diem is only $28 bucks a day paid monthly.!
