entire staff is under paid

Dont work here, save yourself. 1. Upper management needs proper training. This company is ran by the sons of the owner. It almost seem's like they were given these positions without proper management and leadership training. They demand employees to complete certain complex projects without providing proper instructions or proper training. Extremely vague directions are provided, and when someone asks for clarification they often brush it off or provide vague answers. If management would invest in proper leadership and management training, it would help everyone bevome more efficient. 2. Extremely Underpaid Employees. This company runs on empty promises. They hire folks on low wage with the promise of pay increases after 6 months of training, but when it gets to that point they turn a blind eye. 90% of the folks here have not recieved a proper pay increase in over 2 yrs. With this unlivable wage, many employees have left for better opportunities. 3. HR lacks professionalism. This one is obvious. HR lady lacks proper training, theres obvious favoritism. If this company were to get audited they would definitely fail. 4. Company prides themselves on being "the healthiest company to work with." But please keep in kind this was an award they were given almost 10 yrs ago. This place is extremely toxic. The lack of respect, education and support that the leadership has is extremely sad. 5. Unrealistic Expectations: They promise customers to complete certain parts within extremely short deadlines. Often fall short of these deadlines due to the improper training provided to the employees by management. This often causes a domino effect into rushing jobs which leaves a lot of room for error. Due to this, they end up scrapping a lot of product. Not very efficient.
