They we drive you insane with their requests. They come from no point of decent system design or programming experience but it's a mom and pop kinda place.
They need more on the ball in-house management that actually gets back to you in a timely fashion. They appear to be a growing company but they still rely on original staffing which is mostly family members. They have a HUGE potential to be a leader in multiple aspects of their industry, but they need to bring in new blood to take them to the next level.
