Not many at first they make you feel like they love you
Cons
Unclear job scope low ball your pay make you a salary employee then force you to work every Saturday basically a free four days a month of work leadership is a joke and really just loves to hear his self talk with know real knowledge of what he is doing
This is a great in-between job for a year to a year and a half to strengthen your sales skills (which I found translates to other jobs as well). as they offer continued training. Management answers all questions on their products and offers suggestions how to handle situations. They also encourage you to develop your own style while also pushing your comfort zone.
Cons
Communication between departments is very minimal. It would be better if the sales reps had more information about the leads that canvassers set. Even though the business office is very good at their jobs, sometimes things can get lost in the cracks when on the phone (nobody's fault).
