      Part of your job is to lie to people and give them false hope of a job available so you can keep them on file just in case you need them later

      Decent pay for the area

      Cons

      Lack of benefits and job was only temporary. It's a staffing agency so you can't expect much more. Depends on their client that they're staffing for.

      Uncapped potential and assuming you can get along there is a path to “ownership”

      Cons

      Disorganized, full of unhappy people, owner is a know-it-all egomaniac, they tell you that you have total control but then proceed to overburden you with work that prevents you from actually controlling anything and they only trust their own family who work for them.
