Pros

I truly enjoyed my time working at Quality Score. The company has an employee-focused culture where effort is recognized and appreciated, and I always felt part of a motivated, competitive, and supportive team. I especially valued the chance to collaborate across departments and learn from colleagues, which kept the work dynamic and engaging. The role itself was interesting and multi-faceted, which made every day feel impactful and rewarding.

Cons

The one challenge I experienced was the lack of flexibility for long-term growth. Many highly driven employees eventually moved on to pursue new opportunities.

amazing people, a hybrid work environment, a very fun office, a really fun environment, and interesting projects.

not much room for growth, need to speak up if you want a raise/growth opportunity
