Pros
Helpful and supportive leaders from the owners on down. There is a really good feel to the team environments and a sense of purpose while trying to make and ship so many gifts for the holidays.
Cons
Documented processes would be helpful for training new employees and rooting out some time wasting activities, but overall a fun place to be.

Pros
The company can move fast and ship products and sell products in almost any category. The ability to add new products quickly and adapt to changing trends will be a huge factor in the future success of the company. Great people, especially in customer service and the manufacturing floor. Love my co-workers!
Cons
Work schedules can be up and down depending on demand. Hopefully as the business grows, we will have less seasonality and steadier workloads.
