      Soda machine, all you can drink.

      Cons

      Everything! Ownership, leadership, management, lack of training, long hours, working weekend hours when you are only supposed to be scheduled Monday - Friday. Lack of transparency is the worst! They laid off 95% of the company with ZERO severance, and the owners never showed their cowardly faces once to acknowledge what was going on and how bad the company was really in. They just sent us all an email stating they were letting production and others go on a Friday at 6 PM! COWARDS!

      Great coworkers, flexible schedule, and enjoyable production work.

      Cons

      Management is often hard to work with, the environment is noisy, and it is tough to work with the teenagers they hire every holiday season.
