      Pros

      Nice place to work. Everyone in the office seems to work well together. Senior employees are always willing to help. Good amount of vacation time. Holidays off. Good Benefits.

      Cons

      It seems like the Project Manager is always blamed for every problem on his/her project. Superintendents need to be held more accountable.

      Pros

      Really care about their employees future and willing to help you reach your own personal goals. Overall, open and trusting of employees. Hours typically aren't too demanding except for approaching deadlines.

      Cons

      Work environment and culture can tend to be a little stuffy and quiet, with little after-work or team building activities. PTO and sick days are bundled together and you don't get a huge amount of time starting off, so if you get sick, your vacation time suffers.
