- Hardworking group that will push you to become a better engineer - Remote work - Skilled colleagues - Every change you make has an impact This is a great place to work to grow as an engineer. Particularly beneficial for those who are interested in finance.
Cons
- Not much room to move up or gain real meaningful equity - Tech debt is high, with too few workers to address it - Taxing workload at times - Not as competitive in compensation as larger companies - Direction is unstable at times, pivoting is expected, but clarity and thoughtful planning can be lacking.
