      Employee perfomace scaling is very bad.

      Pros

      Good place to learn Good atmosphere Can work in various levels.

      Cons

      Employee scaling is very bad. No encouragement and communication with new employees. They are being back. Scaling employee by conducting assessments. What about the daily work performed by emoloyee for the submissions. Group politics is in initial stage. Need to control. Apprisal is based on employee communication and not in work and productivity. Please take a count on how employee performs his daily work tasks not blindly assessing on 30 min tests.

      Head of HR Thank you for your comments. As part of my new role as Head of HR, I am looking at ways in which we can better assess the performance of employees and I hope to roll out a new process for next year. Thank you also for your comments regarding new employees, I will look into this. As a Company we are looking to develop our employer brand further to ensure that we are the employer of choice in the industry.

      No pros as doesn't seem that there is something here for people working and wish to work

      Cons

      Useless management It looks like as if we are working in british era as the UK people treats indian employee as slaves and there is no respect to employees The management in India has no authority and works like a servant of UK employees Here culture is you want job you are here no employee satisfaction and no benefits Company puts false reviews and force employees to put positive comments which is not right Overall worst so please don't waste your time and spoil tour career here
