The Human Resources Team is filled with caring people, providing some of the best benefits in Silicon Valley. The company pays 95% of health care costs for all employees and their families. Plus we match 401K contributions up to 4%.
In terms of professional growth, 17% of our current employees were promoted within the past year. Additionally, we currently run at a 7% attrition rate, much lower than industry average.
As for work-life balance, we have an unlimited PTO policy. Employees are required to ask permission of their manager, giving a minimum of two week's advance notice. I have yet to see a request denied. The fast-paced culture in the office isn't for everyone, but the people here are appreciated and happy.
