Pros

- Colleagues have a your back - Compensation is better than most of the companies in Indore and have a bonus component too, which is great.

Cons

First of all I had a great first year in the company. The atmosphere was fast paced , competitive and challenging. I looked forward to going to work. My work got recognised and I was compensated fairly for my performance. The company got acquired in 2022 by Quantive (Bulgarian company) and things have went downhill from their really quickly. The Indore team never felt as a part of Bulgaria team. We have always been treated very differently. For example Bulgaria has a work from home policy but Indore team doesn't. Indore team a has a very strict Work from office policy which needs to change because most of the employees here work for remote team and it makes absolutely no sense to work from office when rest of your team can work from anywhere. We hoped there would be some improvement after the acquisition of company but the Indore Team founding members refuse to change even 1% of their exisitng policy. Indore management has a 'know it all attitude'. Bulgarian team specially HR has no clue what goes on in the Indore team. We have been called to work on holidays and was explicitly asked conceal this information for Bulgarian team. Indore leadership is autocratic and toxic. The leadership team is highly biased towards some employee. I’m happy I am out of here. In short if you ever receive an offer to work from Indore team please straight away reject that offer. The environment here is extremely toxic and you'll just compromise on your mental well being.

Pros

I don't find any pros sorry for that

Cons

1. There is no work, Life balance policy, People work sometimes more than 12- 13 Hours a day. 2. Their management created their own policies & did not follow any officials. 3. They have a very toxic culture in the office, While I was working with Quantive I didn't ask for resignation although I was not enjoying working but they terminated me without telling me anything. 4. Their management is hollow because every time I talked to HR or Higher management about the problem I was facing they ignored every time. 5. People from Sofia & other places work from Home but in India, there is no policy for that, I think that is huge inequality. 6. Work from Home should be a priority if others are getting the benefits.
