      Quantum Inventions/Continental Automotive has the lowest employee satisfaction level

      Pros

      Salary on time, except that nothing is good about the company even after it's acquisition by Continental Automotive. Your job is secure for at most 2 years.

      Cons

      Typical dictatorial style Horrible company culture. They do not care about their employees at all The wish list of the management is huge and expects half cooked products to sell like hot cakes in the market. Managers/Leads embarrass employees over public emails or over public team messages. Too much emphasis on hierarchy, number of years of experience, seniority etc. rather than emphasizing on real skills and talent. Weekend working (expectation to work from home). You will be forced to do extra hours and work on weekends. Low salary. Its a sinking ship.

      Pros

      They are throwing some money but remember still they believe you are slave.

      Cons

      1. If you are robot then definitely join this company. 2. Average life of a good employee is 4 to 6 months. After that they will treat you as a monkey. They are following typical Chinese culture. 3. Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. 4. No Work life balance. 5. Expect to work during weekend from home without any extra benefit. 6. No vision of the company. Please think twice before joining the company otherwise your life will hell after certain months.

      Pros

      Initial 6 or few months are good. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. Leaves are plenty. Salary on time.

      Cons

      Micromanagement! Which is hilarious thinking how can a company have time for micromanagement in petty things. Instead they should put this effort in increasing their product forte. You can't fall sick on Monday or Friday. Often heard of complaining about poor performance! God knows what good performance is to them. The company is so much good performed (as self-proclaimed) that they don't have a cmmi level yet and also no onsite opportunity. Disloyal and brutal company. Doesn't care for employee.
