      Pros

      Our customers are great. Generally excited about the work we do and the products we sell. Decent benefits. 401K match.

      Cons

      Quantum makes it so difficult to enjoying sailing. If you’re not a pro sailor, your options and opportunity to advance are limited. Facilities are understaffed, over worked, and under paid.

      I can pretty much set my own hours.

      Cons

      There is absolutely little to no organization or leadership. Other than the fact that I receive a paycheck, there is no other evidence that I work for them. No company email address, computer account, business cards, title...nothing. Other than the fact that I enjoy the work, the company is totally negligent towards it's employees.

      Top-heavy management that does not respect or appreciate its sales team. Constantly changing the commission/compensation package
