      Cons

      Smaller Company Feel, missing some of the bells and whistles from an office standpoint.

      Great Company and Work Environment

      Pros

      Quantum is a great company to work for and does a great job putting their employees first. We know how to have fun but we also know when work needs to be done. Reaching our goals each year is huge and comes with exciting upgrades to the office that the whole team can enjoy. Everyone is treated equally and is encouraged to put their best work forward at all times. No judgement is placed upon anyone who walks into Quantum's office. Flexible hours and great benefits.

      Cons

      The office can be very quiet at times. Workload can be overwhelming and challenging but you are given the opportunity to ask questions at all times.

      Good Company

      Pros

      Very laid back environment in the office. Management does a pretty good job of making it an enjoyable place to work with a workout room, game room, company BBQ's, etc. Able to earn a lot of freedom with work hours and days off. Expectations are to do above average job on projects and the time it takes to do that is up to you. As you work your way up in the company you get more control of project timelines as you are the one interacting with the customers.

      Cons

      It's a small company so there aren't a lot of career paths to take. As the company has continued to grow there has been some difficulties in figuring out the management/team structures so it has taken a lot of patience and flexibility. Benefits are nothing special.

      We appreciate your input. We too want to prioritize employee retention. We are constantly trying to better our company culture and many of the characteristics you mentioned are things we have noticed as well. As we grow we will continue to evolve and hopefully, that comes in some of the forms you mentioned like less micromanagement and a better management/team structure. We appreciate this insight and we will actively work to make this a better work environment for our engineers and employees alike.
