Fun job, but slightly disorganized company

Pros

Structured teaching curriculum, without excessively restricting your ability to be flexible with your students. Curriculum can be pretty fun at times. Don't need much experience.

Cons

People quit fairly frequently. They weren't necessarily saints when it came to honoring your employment contract either. Some of the kids are gonna be real nightmares and they can't exactly ask them to not come back three weeks in a row, because $$$.

Pros

Smart, hard-working coworkers who are committed to the teaching and care about their students. Lots of creative freedom to develop lessons and curriculum. Small class sizes and motivated students.

Cons

CEO seems to care more about business success than its employees. Lack of communication between management and employees for such a small company. Staff works very hard for very little compensation.

Pros

There's a lot of freedom in developing courses. Good balance of teaching and curriculum development.

Cons

Lack of communication from management, seems to be out of touch with day-to-day operations of the company.
