Pros

In my opinion, the biggest pro is the extended holiday PTO break.

Cons

In my opinion, the poor management and lack of a clear vision for the future are causing issues at this organization. There is a lot of pressure placed on reps to achieve aggressive sales targets, bring in net new business through outbound cold calling and emailing, but the organization seems to have fundamental issues that must be solved if they want thrive and scale, which they seem to have no intention of fixing.

Pros

There are some really nice people at this company, a good bunch for sure - that much I can say. The training is okay, I've had better, and I've also had worse - although they are pretty good with providing a laptop and solutions to help efficiencies.

Cons

There was immense pressure from around 5-6 weeks in. Management appears ill-equipped to handle their own pressure, which becomes evident in meetings and in their overall tone. Management don't appear to recognize the significant impact that their communication style has on others. In particular, they have no self-awareness about the fact that the way they speak to those in roles below them can negatively affect their entire day or even week - it's genuinely so terrible. The constant micromanagement is incredibly annoying - let people have more freedom, and you might actually see better results. Overall, it felt as though treatment by management was closely tied to performance; you'd feel supported and valued when things were going well, but it was noticeably different when things weren’t going well; it just created an uncomfortable culture at times - it made me mentally check out of the role months before I left.
