Pros

Wonderful colleagues below the Senior Management/Leadership Level. A real commitment to the mission of the library.

Cons

The Senior Management and Leadership levee is based on personalities. Promotions at this level are not based on performance but rather whether or not you will fit in with the other big egos. The change in "leadership" is no real change at all.

Pros

benefits, coworkers can make the environment fun to be./Bearable

Cons

Your mental health will suffer greatly queens library does not care about its employees you will be greatly undervalued Low Salary Low Morale The work culture sucks They'll try to stretch you as thin as you can go with no additional compensation. Management is incompetent, NO room for growth, anyone that does grow its because of nepotism The CEO if far removed from what is actually happening with the library and its employee. HR sucks, takes forever to follow up and they're terrible at mediating conflict. "Too many chiefs not enough Indians"
