Fantastic place to work, with passionate and inspiring people
Pros
Starting at QueryClick has been fantastic. The amount of training I received within my first three months was outstanding, with weekly one to ones alongside my line manager to constantly improve and learn. They use a platform where we record our targets and things to improve on, as well as a section to describe our career progression and personal aspirations so that QC can continuously help us grow. The team are lovely, very welcoming and you feel comfortable within your working environment. The office is extremely nice (based in London), which means you're not dreading a dark and dingy office environment. Working in a small team is great, as everyone is there as a helping hand and you do not feel on your own at all. Thoroughly enjoying my time, learning experiences and opportunities here at QC.
Cons
With the other office being in Edinburgh, sometimes you feel like you don't know the whole team as visits up are irregular depending on your work schedule. This isn't really a negative, would just be so much nicer knowing everyone on a more personal level, and they're not just a name from the other office!
