3yThank you for your feedback! I'd like to think quite a bit has changed since the 7 years this review was written. My experience with managers has been that they are very hands on and involved in the day to day. Not to confuse this with micro-management, obviously the line between coaching and doing can easily be crossed but we work hard to not make this the norm. In response to the company being family owned with no room for career growth - it's tough, we're a 40 person company, growth can be measured in a lot of different ways. Whether that is picking up new skills, new responsibilities and hopefully new opportunities - you can definitely expect this at Quest CE. If you view career growth as a new title or a new job, I've seen that happen many times as well - it just has to make sense for the team and the company.
