      SLS leadership is the worst. All PM's are in constant fear of upsetting the seniors and coming under his sword. They are more like managers than leaders. No room for growth or did not see any future plans for growth. If you are manager's favourite you need not to do anything. I have seen many good people getting fired from here for no reason.
