Pros
Most of the staff are VERY friendly, the climate is quite casual, and there are often catered lunches brought by vendors.
Cons
I'm not here to name names, but everyone knows who's toxic - and will openly tell you about it. One single person in the company essentially ruins the entire company culture and is highly overpaid to do it. This person uses their position to harass and terrorize the rest of the staff whom aren't their personal friends
