The instability in the Executive Leadership is alarming to say the least. There have been 3 different CEO's, 2 different VP of Marketing, 2 different Global Sales Directors, and 2 different Channel Directors within the last year. The communication between departments is comical because it does not exist. The most tenured Sales Rep has less than 2 years with the company and 90% of the Inside Sales Team are kids straight out of college with little to no experience in Disaster Recovery as a service. The company culture or employee satisfaction is at an all time low.
