      Bad Culture and Lack of Company Direction

      Pros

      Some people are good to work with. But it's more getting toxic as I continue to stay.

      Cons

      Most of them are family members of the CEO. My work is not appreciated. The CEO always talks behind the back of the employee. Sometimes I saw other employees, high on something maybe marijuana.
