      Nothing because their policy changes every single day according to their convenience.

      job insecurity,next day they will call you and fire,HR team is such a waste, they are not experience, they transfer employee in HR team who is having zero knowledge if HR field.

      Men in this company can not digest a women there.not even a single female is working there as a manager or in management level . they have their chacha mama and they do nothing except gossiping and going on a sutta break that’s why company is in loss
