    Cons

    Every organisation has it’s Pros & Cons.
    Couldn’t find any till date, hence working in R Systems, Noida C40, Sec 59, Noida from last 7 years.
    It’s easy to find a mistake, but tough to correct it.

    Advice to Management

    Management is competent enough to run organisation without my advice too.

    Giving advice is easy, but to gain in-depth knowledge before thinking to give advice is tough.

    Pros

    Food coupon
    Salary is good
     Appraisal is ok

    Cons

    They follow hire and file policy.
    If project is not in hand still hire people and after one or two month they will fire you.

    Advice to Management

    Do not entertain with people career

    Pros

    Need to meditate to find. But if you are location bound than one can think of this option as well.

    Cons

    - Quantum of projects flow is low.
    - Mainly they require candidates of IC role as kind of proj they gets is of low in resources i.e. 2-5 resource requires.
    - Fewer projects inflow.
    - Growth chances for seniors is perilous.

    Advice to Management

    Allow young trucks to lead. Do not fire people just because you do not have projects or do not hire them.

    Nothing. Worst company with No Culture

    Cons

    For Pre Sales : No work culture, No Growth, No Learning. Just keep managing ppt with wrong data and manager consider himself a GOD

    Keep special eye on Pre Sales team to make organization grow

    I have been working at R Systems full-time

    Pros

    When u are in project then only u will be get salary. bench policy is only for i months

    Cons

    this is the worst company that i see in my 7 years career .they hire me for the big data project and the project was in pipeline and the project did not come so after 2 months they fire me giving 1 month basic salary .there is no career security here .if you are in the bench for 1 months and u did not get any project they will immediate fire you

    Good Salary Structure
    Good for people living in Noida

    Cons

    Worst Work life balance.
    People will start day at 9 or 10 am , but not sure when you will go home from office.
    Min 9 hours to spend.
    Senior Management/ Managers not professionally good.

    Good to learn new things, if you are capable you shoul get its benifit. Work life balance.

    Cons

    Internal politics and less process. HR department is just like a white elephant.

    None, None, None and None

    Cons

    No HRs, so called HR they are just puppet , better sit at home rather than joining this company. I gave so much to this company but in the last they deducted my full one month salary.

    No advise, they are just gone case
