basically everything. This company has the worst management ever. They would spend two entire days a week doing planning for that week. It was ridiculous. Was hired as an "intern" with promises to stipends. Ha what a joke that was. I wasn't compensated at all until i finally quit. Ron is not an architect, and has no desire in teaching interns a thing. This is half assed bussiness that has no care for quality and I am honestly so surprised that the company is even still open.

Management doesn't know what they're doing, or talking about half the time. Management doesn't know how to talk to people appropriately. Frankly, it's just not the type of job that inspires you to want to be there day in and day out. It doesn't help that every so often you don't get your paycheck when you're supposed to, either.
