Pros
Family atmosphere, very flexible with work schedules, foward thinking leadership, good team effort by all, good pay and benefits. Work was challenging and got great support from leadership.
Cons
Unfortunately they lost some big contracts and we're not able to procure new work. Defense downsizing hurt this company went from 350 to 100 employees in a few months. Sad story. Cost cutting measures resulted in my job being outsourced.

Pros
Although dissapointed in final outcome of being downsized. R4 was a good place to work. There were excellent benefits and the mission was a good one.
Cons
Unfortunately poor management and the closing of Fort Momouth hurt the business severely. Lack of experience of senior leadership was also major downfall.
