      The industry is very interesting The team is fun

      Cons

      Employees are paid extremely low Management makes many promises they can't keep CEO exhibits almost all traits of a sociopath CEO knows the least of all founders about blockchain and finance and very little about business strategy but he ultimately makes almost all decisions

      Pros

      Fast paced work environment with some intelligent people on board.

      Cons

      Many people in director or executive positions which they are not at all qualified for. The CEO does not entirely understand their own product. Communication across company departments is nonexistent.

      Working on the cutting edge with a very work oriented team.

      Cons

      Work life balance does not exist. Employee turn over rate is insane. No job security even if you work 70+ hours a week.
