Competitive environment. Allows the employee to learn different technologies. Believe in "Work hard and Party Harder" ideology. Quality project delivery accomplishment in short span. Place is cool. Everyone here is much more supportive and eager to help in any drastic condition.

Cons

Has to be more process oriented organization.

Great work ambience, ample learning opportunities, global private company. Health Insurance a plus. Friendly environment with supportive staffs. You can think of a long term career here. Challenging work, you get opportunities you wouldn't in a larger company. Chance to work with large global clients.

Cons

Nothing as such to mention. Very relaxing atmosphere,cool to work with.
