Pros

Coworkers are very nice and easy to get along with. The job has a learning curve but can be easy if you put time into setting it up and establishing relationships with carriers. Good place to be if you want a stepping stone to better things.

Cons

Leadership is seemingly in shambles. Terrible training that will basically be "figure it out" and having other people train you. You can be given a State and told to fix it without ever being told how. Favoritism is rampant. You will not hear about opportunities until they are gone, even if they hinder your work ability. Management will treat you the same as a carrier: use them as much as possible until they have had enough and quit. You'll hear a lot about how RCG is a family, but family doesn't fire people or pressure them to quit over health issues that have lead to absences or dangle a promotion or pay raise carrot for years. Speaking of pay... it's all over the place. Some new employees are making more than people in positions 2 steps higher than theirs. The positions are being outsourced to Colombia and it has been some time since the office has seen a new worker. Morale has been low and people are quitting as a response to it all. Bonuses are based around points that seem to have no merit. People on the same teams have complained that they have earned more points than others yet make less; now that points have been mentioned, the projects mentioned earlier tend to be where you can earn A LOT of points. Be prepared to be lied to appease you until the next issue comes up.
