- Informal work culture - Almost nil office politics and micromanagement - Ample opportunities to work with and suggest new/better technologies

Cons

- Lacks clear processes in many aspects, like onboarding, feedback loops, company communications, HR etc, which can be a bit frustrating - Office infrastructure at Bangalore is not that great - No solid career growth path

Cons

no work-life balance they will intrude into your personal life, which ends up like you don't have a personal life office politics is heavy and can affect your personal/professional life no leave policies, which feels like we need to beg for a leave
