RDI is unlike any other company! Every company has a culture they try to portray, but RDI is fully committed to embodying their culture of leaving it better. This company has invested in my growth both professionally and personally! I have become a better version of myself because of RDI and their belief in me. Also, I know it sounds cliche, but we really are a family here. A family that works hard and plays hard! It seems every time I turn around, we are doing something to bring everyone together. Whether that be a chili cookoff, the fall carnival, making valentines together, cook outs, pickle ball and so much more! If you're searching for a career instead of just a job RDI is definitely the place to go!

I have been with RDI going on 2 years now and I honestly cant think of any negative aspects.

Full time hours plus overtime if approved by manager! Bonuses and things are awesome. Always food available. OMG food!

You can work remotely and they help if you have family related issue, health concerns going on, need to miss a lot of days, ect. If you communicate with them then they will work with you.

The pay is extremely low, and the work they make you do is extremely high, not matching with how much you are being paid. Every little thing is graded, down to if you were not emphatic enough, even though you were showing empathy to a customer if they disclosed tough times they were going through. Always switching you on different campaigns, at first asking if you could, and you say yes because you want to be a team player, but then having you do two campaigns at the same time and running you down to the ground until you are ready to quit.
